What is the ordering process?
Once you've gotten an approved account you'll be able to look at what stock we currently have available. Some MOQs will apply depending on the item. For additional ordering assistance you can email ordering@cardforge.biz for help.
All orders depending on stock availability. Card Forge team has the right to cancel any order if there is an issue.
To reserve new stock please make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter.

Will you be expanding out of Texas?
With time our goal is to service card / hobby shops throughout the United States but for now we're making sure we have a solid handle on serving our Texas local shops.

How often do you restock?
We aim to have new stock coming in monthly, along with limited time collaborations and other products that we'll be making available.
Are some of the lighter colors see through?
Yes, currently in our Wave 0: Quest line we have some sleeve colors that have different amounts of transparency to them. Please keep this in mind while purchasing.
At this time there may be changes that come during the launch of Wave 1 scheduled for 2026. Subject to change.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, for some cities in Texas we are currently offering local delivery options. Please let us know in your order if this is something you'd be interested in. Please keep in mind this is only available for a limited time, as we expand our store locations we'll be switching over to standard delivery services.
Our main facility is based in Little Elm, Texas so at this moment we general will aim to stay within 75 miles of our warehouse.

Are you offering collaboration opportunities at this time?
ABSOLUTELY! A large part of our model is to be able to work with stores, online creators, and other brands in making amazing TCG supplies that everyone can be happy with. Feel free to shoot us an email with more information at support@cardforge.biz and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
Please keep in mind our online creator collaborations may be limited and is mainly conducted by some of our partnered stores / brands.
I received a defective product, how do I file a support ticket?
Firstly, we're sorry to hear about that. We take pride in giving a great experience with our products so we're happy to look into yours.
Please email us at support@cardforge.biz and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please have your receipt from the location you purchased it from as well as images of the defect in question.
